[IP Addresses] Enable IPv6 on an instance
Reserve a free /64 IPv6 block for the instance, at no cost, and configure it: the address ending in ::1 is set on the first interface and the firewall lets the block through. The operation is asynchronous; monitor the returned task. The guest operating system picks the new address up at its next reboot.
